If you can login to the UAN employee website
then You can change the mobile number or email id linked to your UAN account by logging to UAN website with your UAN and password and clicking on Manage->Contact Details as explained in the article Change Mobile Number or Email In UAN website
If you have forgotten your password and your mobile number has changed then follow the article Change Mobile Number in UAN if forgotten Password and Mobile Number Changed
