LPG cylinders will not be available from dealers at subsidised rates in 2015. Holding an Aadhaar card is no more the necessary criterion for receiving subsidy on cooking gas in bank accounts. This article talks about latest Direct Benefit transfer of LPG that was relaunched in 54 districts on 15 Nov 2014 and will be relaunched nationally on 1 Jan 2015. It explains how subsidy will work,how to get enrolled for LPG subsidy if you have Aadhar Card or if you don’t have Aadhar Card.

About the Direct Benefit Transfer of LPG or DBTL Scheme
The DBTL scheme was earlier launched on 1st June 2013 and finally covered 291 districts. It required the consumer to mandatory have an Aadhaar number for availing LPG Subsidy. The new government reviewed the scheme and after examining the difficulties faced by the consumer substantively modified the scheme . The modified scheme was re-launched in 54 districts on 15.11.2014 in the 1st Phase and in the rest of the country on 1.1.2015.The Direct Benefit Transfer of LPG (DBTL) scheme, is now called Pratyaksh Hanstantarit Labh (Pahal). The scheme will cover over 15.3 crore consumers across 676 districts of the country.
Under the modified scheme, the LPG consumer can now receive subsidy in his bank account by two methods. Such a consumer will be called CTC (Cash Transfer Compliant) once he joins the scheme and is ready to receive subsidy in the bank account. These 54 districts are in states of Andhra Pradesh, Daman & Diu,Goa,Himachal Pradesh,Karnataka,Kerala,Madhya Pradesh,Maharashtra,Puducherry,Punjab,Telangana.Districts covered in 1st can be found here .Overview of the Direct Benefit Transfer of LPG scheme is given below. - Consumers will need a bank account to join the scheme and receive LPG subsidy
- Domestic Consumers are entitled to 12 subsidised LPG cylinders in a financial year. Number of cylinders are counted from 1 Apr to next year 31 Mar.
- Consumers will also get one time permanent advance in their bank account prior to buying the first market priced LPG cylinder
- Consumers will receive subsidy in their bank account as per their entitlement of subsidized cylinders
- For the 54 districts where the scheme was launched on 15 Nov 2014
- Till consumers join the scheme they will get cylinders at Subsidized price for 3 months w.e.f 15.11.2014 till 14.02.2015.
- Market price for next 3 months, but the subsidy due will be given to them if they join the scheme within these 3 months i,e till 14.05.2015
- From 15.05.2015 all LPG consumers will get cylinders at market price and only those who join the scheme will receive one time permanent advance & subsidy from the date of joining
- To join the scheme and receive subsidy Aadhaar is not required. Consumers can avail LPG subsidy even if they don’t have Aadhar.

If you had joined the previous DBTL scheme and had got the advance/subsidy in your Bank Account then You don’t have to do anything again
To check you status you can go to MyLPG.in and choose your company Bharat Gas,Indane or HP and click on Check DPTL (CTC) status as shown in image below
LPG Subsidy for those with Aadhar
If you have Aadhar but have not joined DBTL scheme you need to enroll. For enrolling under this scheme, consumers who have Aadhaar numbers will have to
- First link the Aadhaar number to the bank account by submitting Form 1 to the bank. Alternatively, Form 1 can also be deposited at a drop box provided at the bank/distributor’s outlet. Now a new Form Unified PAHAL (DBTL) Joining Form is introduced.
- Then link this Aadhaar number with the LPG Consumer Number by either of the method
Those who have not received the physical Aadhaar card, a copy of the e-Aadhaar card downloaded from the UIDAI website is sufficient
Aadhar linked with multiple Bank Accounts and LPG Subsidy
When you have multiple bank accounts linked with Aadhar the one which is linked last is used for Subsidy payment.
For example
- Bank A- Aadhar linked on 01.02.2016
- Bank B-Aadhar linked on 01.03.2016
Then your Subsidy will be processed to the Bank B, as Bank B is your latest Aadhar seeded account.
LPG Subsidy for those without Aadhar
If a consumer does not have the Aadhaar number, he has two options
Submit bank account details
- By Hand: In Form 4(Click here to download Form-4 ) to your LPG distributor OR
- On Web: Log onto www.MyLPG.in and enter your bank account details
Submit LPG ID consumer will have to provide his 17 digit LPG ID to the bank using Form 3. The 17 digit ID is available on the cash-memo of LPG cylinders that have been delivered in the past. One can also log on to his respective oil marketing company’s website, punch the consumer ID to know the 17-digit LPG ID. (Click here to see if your bank accepts Method-2, else open your account with the banks in this list to opt for this method)
How does Direct Benfit Transfer for LPG cylinder work Pricing under DBTL
Currently, 12 cylinders are available to consumers at a subsidised rate. Any requirement beyond this will have to be purchased at the market price . The Centre had capped the supply of subsidised domestic cylinders to six cylinders a year for all domestic consumers effective from September 14, 2012. Later, the cap was increased to nine cylinders. And, just before general elections, it was raised to 12 cylinders a year.In the DBTL district(s),
- A one-time Advance will be provided to every CTC consumer joining DBTL. The Advance will be notified, from time to time and will remain fixed for a financial year. It will remain with the consumer till the time of termination of connection, when it will be finally adjusted.
- Domestic LPG cylinders will be sold to CTC LPG consumers at Market Determined Price from the date of launch of the scheme.
- The total cash applicable on LPG cylinder will then be transferred to the CTC consumer for each subsidized cylinder delivered (up to the cap) as per his entitlement as shown in figure below
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s office has fixed the subsidy on domestic LPG at Rs 568 per cylinder , to be borne equally by the government and national oil companies (NOCs) . The Prime Minister’s Office on October 22 also decided to keep the consumer price unchanged during the current fiscal year ending March 2015 after which the deliverable price could vary with the change in international price. The proposed fixed subsidy is higher than current under-recovery of Rs 416.35 per cylinder
- From 1 Jan 2015 prices in few cities are as given below
- In Delhi Subsidized cylinder costs Rs 417 while Non Subsidized cylinder is priced at Rs 708.50
- In Kolkata Subsidized cylinder costs Rs 419 while Non Subsidized cylinder is priced at Rs 746.00
- In Mumbai Subsidized cylinder costs Rs 452 while Non Subsidized cylinder is priced at Rs 725.50
- In Chennai Subsidized cylinder costs Rs 404.5 while Non Subsidized cylinder is priced at Rs 705.00
- In Bangalore urban cylinder costs Rs 425.00 while Non Subsidized cylinder is priced at Rs 737.00

If LPG connection is in someone’s else name
If LPG connection is in someone’s else name or in name of person who has expired now you can transfer the connection in your name. From Indane’s Transfer of Connection. For HP Gas one can read similar answers at their FAQ page.
Transfer of connection to family member is now permitted. In case the transferee in your family is not having a LPG connection you may please provide a request to your distributor with the following:
- KYC of the Transferee
- Proof of Address
- Original Subscription Voucher(SV) ( If SV is missing Please provide affidavit)
- Declaration from the transferee
The KYC will be verified, multiple connections in the address mentioned for transfer will be checked and then the distributor will make a new Subscription voucher in the Transferee’s name.
Transfer of connection to legal heir is now simplified. In case the transferee (legal heir ) is not having a LPG connection you may please provide a request to your distributor with the following:
- Declaration by Legal Heir
- Copy of Death Certificate
- KYC of the Legal Heir
- Proof of Address
- Original Subscription Voucher(SV) in the name of deceased( If SV is missing Please provide affidavit)
- Declaration from the Legal Heir
The KYC will be verified, then multiple connections in the address mentioned for transfer will be checked and then the distributor will make a new Subscription voucher in the Transferees name.

My subsidy account is linked with state bank of Hyderabad n on the same account is subsidy coming last year but now from last 3/4 months subsidy is coming on state bank of india account which is not linked only. Somehow state bank of india got linked to Aadhaar hence LPG subsidy is going to it.

I am a Bharat Gas consumer (LPG ID – 1 0000 0000 3949 3628). I recently seeded my Aadhaar to my bank account. I have double checked that the seeding is successful. My bank account info was already added to my profile on Bharat Gas site. I have completed all the PAHAL steps by seeding my Aadhaar in to my Bank account as well as enrolling for LPG subsidy through Aadhaar seeding application (https://rasf.uidai.gov.in/seeding/User/ResidentSelfSeedingpds.aspx).
Unfortunately, the “Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (As per mapper database)” is still shown as “Not known” and “Bank Account Status
in LPG (Non Aadhaar based)” is shown as “Bank Details Under Verification”. How long a delay is expected for seeding to complete? Is there anything to be done manually by visiting the gas dealer? If so, it defeats the entire purpose of digitization as dealers are still playing dirty tricks with customers. Is there anything I can do to expedite the process?

I have an LPG (BPCL) connection in Maharashtra (Nagpur) vide consumer No 3330. LPG subsidy for last 03 collection is not being credited into my bank account. Bank account already linked with Aadhar card. Please look into the matter and take an early action to get the amount credited into my SB account .

LPG cylinders are not available from dealers at subsidised rates now . One has to pay market rate and get subsidy later in the Bank account.
Domestic LPG cylinders are sold to LPG consumers at Market Determined Price. LPG prices are revised every month based, on the average international prices and rupee-US exchange rate.in the preceding month, by the three gas companies supplying ie Indane, HP and Bharat Gas. These prices changes regularly due to various factors like political, Government regulations, supply and demand, crude oil, natural disasters, taxes etc.
Consumers will receive subsidy in their bank account,linked with Aadhaar or not, as per their entitlement of subsidized cylinders

Your confusion is justified. But It is taxable income. Even The form says

I hope it would have been better for us if the Gas agency(HP,Bharat etc) will give clear bill how they are dividing the amount for subsidy amount & actual gas price because distributor would charge as they like sometimes we dont even know how much they are charging for delivery.
My Indane LPG consumer number is 66669. Despite having submitted all records along with the bank authentication to my Indane dealer as sought, about 18 months ago for subsidy credits to my bank account, till today including recent refill delivery on 15 Jan 2016, my LPG invoice issued by the dealer doesn’t reflect any such credits to have been made to my bank account. When asked with delivery man, I was informed to file bank passbook along with Aadhar card duplicate yet again!! Is this what the governance is all about.?

Some error has happened while linking Aadhar Card and bank accounts. Please relink the Aadhaar card with the bank that you want subsidy.
When you enroll / apply for Aadhaar, you can add only one bank account to your Aadhaar enrollment. Once Aadhaar number is generated the bank account given during enrollment gets tied with the NPCI database and Aadhaar mapper.
However, you can keep furnishing your Aadhaar to as many bank accounts you want, however only the last one that you tied will remain associated with NPCI payments.
i.e It works on “Last In First Out” system as of now. If you update a second bank account with your Aadhaar number, the first bank account will no longer be connected to Aadhaar and NPCI database which will then credit the second account with subsidy if any.

I received a call from +91 224501 0000 a computer voice call and I understood that the call was for requesting to give up subsidy. Since I was not willing to give up subsidy, i rejected the call. After the call ended, I got a message that “thank you for joining Give it up campaign and surrendering your LPG subsidy for benefit of poor and needy”. For without Aadhar
In order to change you bank details for LPG subsidy is to get your bank passbook and account number and visit the gas dealer in person with the following documents:
Copy of passbook of the new bank account: In case if you do not have a passbook for your account, you may carry along the bank statement which should clearly mention your name and address
You photo identity proof for verification purposes
For Aadhar:
Link your latest bank account to Aadhaar. The last linked bank account will be used for subsidy payment

You have to find how come there are two connections in your name, especially when you are not aware of it.

I live in a housing society in bangalore which has reticulated gas supply. I had submitted KYC form to my association to avail subsidy gas.
I would like to know what is the procedure for a housing society to surrender subsidy under “give-up” plan. Is there any circular from Oil company regarding this?
In my housing society there is mix of residents who want to give up and some who don’t want to give up.
How would society enable residents to give-up in this regards.
Also what is the procedure for society to regain the subsidy option if it has given up?

My name is C.K.Nair from Madipakkom. I was getting Sms on my mobile No. 9962274153 from March 2015 from DZIODBTL. . The content of the sms was- the LPG Subsidy has been credited to my Bank A/C . The message was from DZ IODBTL . I ignore repeatedly.
Now it is strange but true that several lakhs of LPG Subsidy , which was to be distributed among poor has been diverted some where else by few fraudulent. Now it is Sure is a conspiracy. After 2-3 such sms I received once again one sms from DZIODBTL on 07-07-2015 that I have already joined PaHal scheme and asked me to link my Adar Card with my Bank a/c. I have send an E mail to IOCL, Chennai and informed about the total affair.
On 22-08-2015 I have received one more sms from DZ-IODB TL , that the LPG subsidy sum of Rs.198/- of Cash Memo NO. 300087304 dtd 17-08-2015 has been credited to my Karur Vysa Bank A/C ………….1668.
Who is this Karur Bank A/C Holder. Is he gets the LPG subsidy. Or he is one like me, who is taken for granted to cheat government. A Serious enquiry is required to be initiated and fraudulent must be booked .

I have a LPG connection of Bharat Gas (Consumer No – 51537764 ) i submitted all required bank details of Union bank which was a joint a/c at my distributor but they told that joint account could not consider for Subsidy due to i don’t have adhar number. please confirm what can i do still i am not linked bank details. how can i do it. my distributor point is very far from my home its around 90 km. please suggest with a resolution
Maam Aadhaar is not compulsory to get LPG subsidy. But Aadhaar is getting more and more important to please try to get one

I am having my Bank account in Co-Op bank ie National Co-op bank. I am not having account in Nationalized Bank.But the Indane Distributer say they can not transfer Subsidy to Co-op Bank.But when I checked up in bank they are telling Other gas agency ie Bhatath Petrolioum & H P gas they are crediting to account.

There shouldn’t be . All the information about subsidy will go to his mobile.
Infact if you look at the form PAHAL Joining Form (pdf) it says that Please provide your mobile number. Incase you don’t have mobile number please provide mobile number of one of your family members.

I have not recived the subsidy to the gas cylinder delived on 19.04.2015 till 26.05.2015. Now I have booked the second cylinder on 23.05.2015. Please let me know how many days normally requited to get subsidy credicted to my SB A/C, My consumer no. is lined to adhar also. Butlast time i had recived teh subsidy of rs 175 and 568 rs as Advance.
But this time i have not recieved the Advance amount similar to in feb 2015.
still not sure what is teh sbusidy amount and advance amount and why not paid on time.

And, now i know that the delivery boy named Mahesh with some one from my Locality (who came in dressed as a Survey Guy asking how many Cylinders i was consuming and also noted down my Consumer Number) stole the Gas on April. He called me up and constantly begged me for my forgiveness. I have already notified the Golf Green Services. What can i do more to stop them from stealing my Gas and also how can i change my Consumer number?

Knowing your consumer number is not the problem. Problem is the delivery boy. To avoid such problems only linking of LPG subsidy to bank account was done.So in you case even though case was delivered to some one from locality the subsidy came to your bank account.

It is not dependent on LPG Gas Agency unless they are entering data late.
Typically give a week for subsidy to be transferred.

I am from Kolkata. Someone came from Ranikuthi and said he was surveying everyone as to how many LPG gas people has and asked to see my Gas Book. I let him see it. He noted down my number saying, “Oh, no, i am surveying the houses who orders from Ranikuthi Gas Delivery and since you take your cylinders from Golfgreen i am noting down your number so that i can come and survey later.” I hardly knew what he was up to.
Now after taking a single gas cylinder, i noticed that another was withdrawn in my name when i did no such thing. As far as i know this is simply FRAUD. I have notified my Gas Delivery Agency already. What else can i do or rather must do to prevent such a FRAUD. If this continues to happen i may run out of gas soon without my knowledge.

Hi, my consumer # is CX2286609 (Inden) my connection & audher linking was perfectly fine, I use to get all subsidy & everything, however recently I have moved to a new place & transferred my gas distrubuter, & I just received my cylender recently. I am just concern by when I should receive my subcidy amount refunded back to my bank account ?
Hi KIRTI My Aadhar Card has been linked with LPG as well as Bank I am a CTC Consumer as per bharat Portal and i have already joined PAHAL as per website But i did not received One time permanent advance of 568 Rs till now and i have booked for my 1st refill dated on 06 04 2015 and today dated on 07 04 2015 the cylinder has been delivered to my residence But i received only Advance subsidy of 203 rs in my account which is linked i asked to my distributor for the same they told me advance subsidy scheme has stopped in the new financial year but i am not satisfied because according to online portal this scheme is valid now days then why i can not avail it Kindly check it and let me know.

My distributor says that The policy of giving advance was only till 31st of March.against my complaint.& i spoke on 18002333555 and i got same information that in the new FY 15-16 consumer will get only subsidy as advance subsidy(who will join dbtl scheme after 01,04,2015).568 rs scheme has been closed.But i am not satisfied with them bcz i haven’t seen this information anywhere yet.if you are able to find more regarding this.please do update to me.thank you

This would be a simpler and better way of operations.

LPG subsidy is only a refund of the excess amount paid by the consumer to the gas dealer, which the oil company refunds to the beneficiary to comply with the government order to sell the LPG cylinder at the stipulated price to the users. There are no guidelines currently on taxing this type of subsidy payouts, and the income tax department may take a view on whether or not to claim a part of it.
For a cylinder of cost 1050 pays gets a subsidy at 630. An individual who receives 12 cylinders he is eligible for a year gets a total subsidy of Rs 7,560 in a year. The tax on this could be as high as about Rs 2268 a year, if the individual comes under the highest tax bracket of 30%. But there is unlikely to be any impact on those who don’t have taxable income.
I think even the cost of cylinders paid should be allowed as expenses to the members.

according to the scheme we should get our subsidy w.e.f. from 1st jan 2015. but since after activating of the Aadhar card with the bank and distributor, until this month received one gas cylinders but not the subsidy value. if you can provide any reason behind this.

You can apply for AADHAAR Card correction online as well as by post. Following correction are allowed in AADHAAR Card:

AADHAAR Card Gender change
AADHAAR Card Date of Birth change
AADHAAR Card Address change.

To apply for AADHAAR Card correction online, you must have a mobile number, as One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to that mobile number. Following instructions allow one to change the details on Aadhar card but I am not sure if one can remove the mobile number using it. Please let us know if it works for you.

Try submitting it physically with Bank, to be on safer side.

It means that somehow distributor linked your LPG subsidy to Bank account without Aadhar. Same thing happened to many of my readers and friend. Distributor gave them Form 4 to fill instead of Form 2.

It means that somehow distributor linked your LPG subsidy to Bank account without Aadhar. Same thing happened to many of my readers and friend. Distributor gave them Form 4 to fill instead of Form 2.

Transfer of connection to legal heir is now simplified. In case the transferee (legal heir ) is not having a LPG connection you may please provide a request to your distributor with the following:

Copy of Death Certificate
KYC of the Legal Heir
Proof of Address
Original Subscription Voucher(SV) in the name of deceased( If SV is missing Please provide affidavit)

The KYC will be verified, then multiple connections in the address mentioned for transfer will be checked and then the distributor will make a new Subscription voucher in the Transferees name.

My guess is that Bank account was not linked properly. Check for mismatch in your name and name in which you have taken LPG.

At this rate cylinder cost comes to Rs 559.70, but previously its cost was only Rs 456.00. Why I recd less subsidy in my account.

One who has linked the Aadhaar Card, LPG ID & bank account booked a cylinder recently ( after 10th Jan 2015) in Chennai.
She received credit of Rs.568 on day of booking. When gas was supplied the bill indicated Rs.705 which was paid by her. After two days of supply, she got credit of Rs.299. Is it that the non-subsidised price is Rs. 705 and subsidised price is Rs.406. But I find that the rates indicated in the above blog for Chennai are different. Can any one clarify pl?

If you don’t have a LPG connection and there are no legal problems I would suggest transferring the LPG connection to your name.

Transfer of connection to legal heir is now simplified. In case the transferee (legal heir ) is not having a LPG connection you may please provide a request to your distributor with the following:
a. Declaration by Legal Heir
b. Copy of Death Certificate
c. KYC of the Legal Heir
d. Proof of Address & Proof of Address
e. Original Subscription Voucher(SV) in the name of deceased( If SV is missing Please provide affidavit)
f. Declaration from the Legal Heir
The KYC will be verified, then multiple connections in the address mentioned for transfer will be checked and then the distributor will make a new Subscription voucher in the Transferees name.

The acct no shown in SMS is wrong and amount is also not rec in our accts.While i try to complain on line select the option of comlain the call was not processed . I want to know in such cases where and whom I may approch.

I requests consumers to check in MYLPG.in go to Distributor Information then go to Customer Information. there are three columns to note, Asdhaar Linking Status in LPG, Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank, and Bank Account Status in LPG. against each of these columns there are status symbols. the first two columns should have green colored symbols (dots) and last column white circle which means you are good to receive subsidy to your bank account.
so check the above and then determine what you have to do accordingly

If a consumer does not have the Aadhaar number, he has two options
to Submit bank account details
By Hand: In Form 4 to your LPG distributor OR
On Web: Log onto http://www.MyLPG.in and enter your bank account details
Submit LPG ID consumer will have to provide his 17 digit LPG ID to the bank using Form 3. The 17 digit ID is available on the cash-memo of LPG cylinders that have been delivered in the past. One can also log on to his respective oil marketing company’s website, punch the consumer ID to know the 17-digit LPG ID.

I checked your details on HP Gas site and as per its record (which I have mailed to your email id) 1292.63 Rs subsidy has been paid to you including 375.84 for 26-Dec-2014.
Have you not got your any subsidy amount till now?

I checked your details on HP Gas site and as per its record (which I have mailed to your email id) 1292.63 Rs subsidy has been paid to you including 375.84 for 26-Dec-2014.
Have you not got your any subsidy amount till now?
Typically you get SMS at every stage for subsidy amount being paid etc. Could you check with your distributor.

If the name in passbook and name in LPG account are of different individuals, then distributor should ensure that consumer is asked to submit a bank account in which
his name appears. The name of consumer could appear singly or jointly in the bank account.

SBI usually does not send message. If possible go after few days to verify . After few days do check in myLPG.in if Aadhar is linked to your bank

Consumer can visit his/her concerned bank with the Aadhaar number and/or account details to know the reason of failed transactions. In some cases OMC call centre can also help with the reason where banks have sent the correct error code to OMCs.

My issue is that at the GAS agency my Adhaar card number is reflecting and same is there in Bank.
But i am getting reminder from Indane please link your Bank account.
I also went ahead and submitted a cancelled cheque to gas agency to link to my bank account to which they said you already have Adhaar card number reflecting no need of bank cheque.

• The distributor at the current location will issue Termination Voucher (TV) and will refund the deposit amount mentioned in the SV, on surrender of existing equipments (cylinder/s and regulator). The TV is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Do not surrender your Domestic Gas Consumer Card. The same card can be used at the new location after endorsement by the new distributor.

You get the advance at time of first booking. It is deposited upfront into the bank account of the customer to help them pay the price of the cylinder. Deposit is shown with description like APBS- IOC where APBS is for Aadhaar Payment Bridge Solution and IOC is for Indian Oil if you have Indane connection

What nonsense this LPG website it is!! I am typing Aadhar number, but it also not taking my Adhaar card. I scanned and uploading, but giving error, you dont have correct Aadhar number.
I applied for new Aadhar card in Post office, but telling I will get it by Dec 31st 2015. But I got warning message to upload before 31st of this year, otherwise they asking my ATM card and PIN number. Now I have to apply for duplicate ATM card, somebody plz help me to get duplicate atm card.

What nonsense this LPG website it is!! I am typing Aadhar number, but it also not taking my Adhaar card. I scanned and uploading, but giving error, you dont have correct Aadhar number.
I applied for new Aadhar card in Post office, but telling I will get it by Dec 31st 2015. But I got warning message to upload before 31st of this year, otherwise they asking my ATM card and PIN number. Now I have to apply for duplicate ATM card, somebody plz help me to get duplicate atm card.

Let the price of cooking gas in India be reduced to the price according to the international price of oil and natural gas, which is below the present subsidy levels, let the government do this immediately else let it be removed. Let the bank account and aadhar card be discarded completely, as there is no subsidy component from the government based on international prices of oil and natural gas. Let this government which does not provide any subsidy according to international prices of oil and natural gas stop harassing the people. Let any government that continues anti-people like this activity be removed. Transfer of connection to legal heir is now simplified. In case the transferee (legal heir ) is not having a LPG connection you may please provide a request to your distributor with the following:

And submit the bank account (if he does not have Aadhar) with LPG distributors.

You can also ask question by going to myLPG.in then selecting your gas company (Indane/HP/Bharat Gas) and selecting Feedback link

It is not necessary to have Aadhar to get LPG subsidy. If he has a bank account he can follow the process of LPG Subsidy for those without Aadhar.
