Click on Our Services->Employers
Click on Establishment Search

- You can enter Establishment code/ name of office
- Enter Captcha
- Click on Search
Find EPFO office Fill in establishment code
Details can be searched through part of establishment name and/or establishment code number(only 7 digits)
Enter Name of Establishment or 7 digit establishment code
Code number can be obtained from your PF number. Your PF number is of the following format.
EPFO Office Code/Establishment Code(Max. 7 Digits)/Extension(Max. 3 digits)/Account Number (Max 7 digit)
Ex: BG/BNG/1567124//0001789
In the above example, 1567124is code number or the establishment code

You might end up with List of Establishments such as follows for establishment code. It is possible as the same number is given but they are in different states so under different EPFO offices such as KNSHG004847500 is in Shimgo, Karnataka, while WBCAL004847500 is in Kolkata, West Bengal

Administratively,
- EPFO is divided into zones which are headed by an Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner. At present, there are 10 Zones across the country.
- Further below, the states have either one or more than one Regional Offices headed by Regional Provident Fund Commissioners (RPFC) (Grade I) which are again sub- divided into Sub-Regions headed by Regional Provident Fund Commissioners (Grade II).
- To assist them are Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners looking after the enforcement of the Act and Schemes. Many districts in the country have district offices where an assistant provident fund commissioner is stationed for implementation of the scheme and attend to grievances.
Once you know the Regional office visit EPF site, https://www.epfindia.gov.in, Click on Contact Us, marked in green in the image below

It will show a page with Head office and Regional Zonal offices, as shown below. Select the Zonal office corresponding to your EPFO.

You can file a complaint against them to Regional EPFO officer.
