For getting the UAN number I have filled up the form on 18th April 2016. After that A reference number for request ID have come which is 2016041820099. hat is my UAN status?
No Sir it is not. UAN number is a 12 digit number. The number, 13 digit, is reference ID for your request.
You should get information about your UAN soon.
A question Sir, why did you apply for UAN yourself?
Are you not working? Typically EPFO will allot employers the universal numbers of all employees for which employer makes EPF contribution.
